Spider, Shower, Broken Leg

{WARNING: an animal was actually harmed in this story}

I killed a spider in the shower the other day. I wasn't going to but he came into my 'shower zone of comfort'. Do you know how hard that is with a broken leg?

I don't know how anyone else kills spiders in the shower but this is MY shower spider killing protocol {granted when my husband isn't home to hear my screams}:

Step #1: splash water on the spider until it falls into the tub 'current'

Step #2: jump with lightening speed into the air landing with one foot on one side of the tub rim, and the other foot on the other rim

Step #3: Aim the shower head just so to aid in the draining process of the spider

Step #4: squirt some form of soap down the drain for good measure

and most important

Step #5: keep one eye on the drain at all times! just in case

Again, do you know how hard this is with a broken leg?
