Spud Harvest is something I've never heard of until I moved to Idaho- it's a traditional week off school (previously two weeks off) for potato harvesting. For non-Farmers it means a week off school. For me it means a 9-6 (minimum) week with the three girls. Luckily we have my favorite season to pass the time with. Here comes a week of crafts!
Monday: Witch Brooms
(we gathered fallen pine needles from the yard and found some sticks. Adding a little bit of yarn to hold it all together)
Tuesday: Ghosts and Bats
(cutting up an old egg carton and letting loose with crayons we made ghosts and bats to fly around the house and welcome visitors)

Friday: Juice Box Mummy
