GG {Great Grandma to the boys, Grandma to me} sent both boys wonderful Halloween cards! Owen LOVED his!!! if you can't tell by the black glitter smear across his forehead! He carefully, loved that glitter kitten to death!

While Levi, on the other hand, was excited to rip it open, read it, and then run around with the dollar bill inside. HIS FIRST DOLLAR!!! and I thought well no better a time than to teach him... so I convinced him to trade me his one paper dollar for 10 SHINNY COINS!!! {luckily that doesn't take a lot!}

Then we went over how when we get money we need to show Heavenly Father we are grateful for all we have so we give the bishop 10%... or one of your dimes. Levi mulled this over and then picked one! {proud mommy moment!} and will put it in an envelope and be giving it to the bishop on Sunday... his and Owen's he told me!

I don't know if he learned anything; he's been raiding my wallet for coins ever since, and talking about money {greedy little man!}, but when saying his prayers he prayed for the bishop. So if nothing else he is become more familiar with who the bishop is.
